■Role Overview
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for business controlling, including detailed P&L analysis, KPI management, and risk assessment. You will lead the rolling forecast process and work closely with functional leaders to ensure the reliability of financial projections and the achievement of business targets.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead 12-month rolling forecasts and yearly business planning
・Analyze and present budget vs. actual variances to leadership
・Perform financial reporting, including P&L and monthly sales
・Drive functional cost-saving initiatives with business partners
・Manage month-end accruals, revenue recognition, and billing
・Prepare cash forecasts and monitor debtor collections

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Must Have]
・Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
・5+ years experience in finance controller and related experience
・Strong technical skills in Microsoft applications (excel, PowerPoint etc)
・Japanese- Fluent, English- Business level (written & verbal)
・Can-do attitude when facing an ambiguous situation

[Nice to Have]
・Good hold on HFM structure and how it works.
・Experience working in a diverse working environment
