- Own and optimize business systems (CRM, ERP, BI) to improve service and commercial operations
- Drive data integration across multiple platforms to enable end-to-end visibility
- Lead process improvement initiatives across service, sales, and operations teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision making
