Our client is a leading global company in the beauty and FMCG industry, recognized for its innovative approach to product development and strong market presence.

＜Role & Responsibilities＞
In this role, you will spearhead ongoing innovation projects from concept through deployment, contributing to the development of a three-year innovation pipeline.

＜Main tasks include＞
・Lead current ongoing innovation projects from concept development, network management, and deployment planning
・Support Brand Manager in creating new future innovation pipeline roadmap for launch in three-year strategic cycle with category and brand strategy in mind
・Lead and develop plan to grow the assigned segment/format of the product
