■Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading the finance and general affairs (GA) functions for the Japan entity.

This is a pivotal position that requires close collaboration with the Global HQ and various internal/external stakeholders to build and optimize the company's operational foundations.

■Main tasks include:
・Prepare monthly and annual profit and loss (P&L) statements.
・Manage business forecasting and monitor sales and expense performance.
・Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for local and HQ teams.
・Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoices, and expense processing.
・Develop and maintain company regulations and work rules.
・Lead the creation of budgets and mid-term management plans.
