【Position Purpose / 期待役割】

We are seeking a Product Owner to take full ownership of the development and implementation of the next-generation back-office system (Blue Yonder), a critical new Workforce Management (WFM) platform.

You will be responsible for maximizing the product's value by understanding user needs (from both stores and corporate), defining the development direction, and managing the product backlog.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, business owners, and vendors to ensure the successful nationwide rollout, Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, and localization and adoption for the Japanese market.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ 3+ years of development Project Management / Product Management experience is mandatory.

■ Experience in the development and operation of applications (WEB), cloud systems, or packaged software (including localization).

■ Strong presentation and communication skills (spoken, written, reading).

■ Language / 言語: Advanced business-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1), and Business-level English.

■ Bachelor’s degree or higher
