■Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You'll conduct user research, rapidly iterate on designs, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping our future product launches, contributing from the initial concept stage to final delivery. You'll be a core member of a team focused on delivering high value to enterprise clients using AI-driven solutions.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design process for web and mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
・Conduct user research and usability testing, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
・Rapidly iterate on design concepts and prototypes based on feedback and requirements.
・Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to integrate design solutions.
・Contribute to and maintain design systems and guidelines.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in web or mobile product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
・Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
・Strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
・Experience creating and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
・Proficiency in Figma.
・Fluent in English and business-level Japanese (or vice versa).
