As a Product Manager, you will focus on creating user-friendly and convenient products for a wider audience. This involves developing new ideas and features based on user feedback and market trends, all while enhancing the customer experience. You will empathize with users, identify pain points through UX research and behavioral analysis, and propose solutions for improvement.

Your role goes beyond creating specifications. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, customer service, and others with diverse perspectives to bring your ideas to life. Taking ownership of the product development process, you’ll lead cross-functional teams in development projects, making this an exciting and impactful position. As the user base grows, your influence as a Product Manager will also expand, allowing for continuous growth and learning.

Working on campaigns and collaborating with marketing teams to direct planning, development, and analysis is another key aspect of this dynamic role.

経験・スキル

- Over 2 years of product management experience for internet or smartphone-based
products/services, or equivalent experience.

- Experience in development direction.
