New Japanese Crypto Currency Company looking for M&A staff (10M to 15M):

About The company:
• Japanese Crypto Currency Company.
• About 180 staff working from Tokyo.
• Very stable work environment and work life balance.

About the role:
• New M&A position due to team expansion.
• Senior Position.
• Planning and drafting of company-wide mid-term growth strategies, including M&A.
• Sourcing (searching, selecting and approaching M&A target companies).
• Execution (corporate valuation, due diligence, contract negotiations, etc.).
• Formulation of PMI plans and oversight of PMI projects.
• Consideration and implementation of value-up measures.

Ideal Candidate:
• Japanese level Fluent.
• English Level Fluent.
• Over 3 years experience in M&A.
• Broad experience in the financial market and solid understanding of Crypto currency industry.
