ECマーケットプレイス開発部では楽天市場向けシニアフロントエンド開発エンジニアを募集しています。具体的には以下のようなWebフロントエンドの設計・開発・運用を担当していただきます。

*ビジネス要件の優先順位を理解し、限られたスケジュールで高品質のサービスを実現、提供する
*担当サービスのプロジェクトリーディングとテクニカルイシュー解決、または新規もしくは既存機能の設計・開発・テスト・リリースの実施
*担当サービスの保守、監視、トラブルシューティング、バグ改修
*担当サービスのシステム改善（リファクタリング、最適な技術、アーキテクチャの選定・導入・評価、負荷測定およびパフォーマンス改善）の実施

For this position we are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

You will work with UI/UX designers and other engineers to bridge the gap between graphical design, user requirements and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. 

【Position Details】
*Understand business requirements, and deliver features with high quality and speed
*Leading project as senior engineer from design, develop, test, and operate new user-facing features for large scale e-commerce systems , make technical decision under complex circumstance
*Build reusable, flexible and perform code and libraries for future use, bring new/fresh ideas to the team to perform system improvement (e.g.refactoring, adopting appropriate technologies & system architecture, optimizing the JS performance with a proper optimization)
*Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Mandatory skills：
- Good experience with ReactJS, Redux, Typescript and Jest
- Deep understanding of ECMAScript 6  and how JS works internally
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

Good to have skills：
- Proficient in Node.js and API development.
- Experienced in CI/CD processes with Jenkins and containerization.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building upstream libraries and management UIs/portals.
- Familiarity with other JavaScript libraries such as Angular or Vue.
- Back-end development experience in at least one other programming language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
