Lead the accounting team in producing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and J-GAAP.
Oversee advanced accounting tasks, including COGS calculations and preparing journal entries for retirement benefit obligations and reserves for returns.
Review daily accounting entries across GL, AP, AR, and FA.
Coordinate both external and internal audit processes.
Assist in the semiannual forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Oversee tax calculations and reporting in collaboration with tax accountants.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and business reports.
Communicate with overseas entities regarding inquiries.
Support the procurement process in conjunction with the Procurement Manager.
Manage ad-hoc analyses and financial projects as needed.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with over 3 years in a management role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of J-GAAP (Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); USCPA or J-CPA certification is a plus.
Experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal business communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Oracle, HFM, and Smartview is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to continuous improvement (Kaizen).
Open to adapting to new regulations and environments.
