Full-Stack Support Engineer (Technical Customer Support) for Innovative IT Company (FX)

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Support Engineer to support the Payment Application and who can ensure the end users have the best experience possible. For this, you will be part of the Technical Support Team for this International IT Product company.

This Software Company benefits from a very international environment, so you will be working with the Technical and Non-technical teams in English and Japanese.

This is a new role thanks to the continuous company growth and profitability, so we seek someone who can jump aboard with curiosity and wanting to learn more skills (technical or business).

Is this you?

Here are the basics:

This role is 100% internal,
Super-flex and hybrid work

Full-Stack Support Engineer (Junior to Mid-level)

- Troubleshoot customer issues, and provide solutions (together with the Senior Tech Support)
- Try and solve any technical issues before any escalations
- Work together with the Engineering Team to solve issues and implement new features.

** Good communication in Japanese (N2) and English

Key requirements
Engineering or Technical Support experience (Application)
Strong understanding of SQL
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals

Nice to have
Experience in payments, payment systems, or in Product companies
