SUMMARY:
- You will join this large organization as a Business Analyst for their investment banking technologies division. You will be a BA, but will also help in delivery of different projects involving many different teams within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define business requirement documents and help in creating functional specification documents
- L3 Support for production and users
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Project management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Japan and Business Level English
- Experience as a business analyst (ideally in financial services or related industries)
- Great communication to work with stakeholders in business and IT Development teams to bring a common understanding amongst the two
- Problem solving ability to understand business needs and to come up with solutions and make goals
