• Develop key performance indicators to measure monthly results
• Responsible for performing financial analysis and modeling, designing, and preparing the financial plans and budgets
• Manage monthly, quarterly analytics to support decision making and strategy formulation
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial information to management.
• Develop and oversee the company’s annual business planning process including accountability through budgeting
• Provide forecasting updates in accordance with the Annual Business Plan
• Interacts with all levels of the business's senior management team, as well as overseas offices and shared services to gather and prioritizes organization-wide resource and investment requests
