Client Profile: One of the largest e-commerce sites in the world. Deals with an extensive range of online and offline services, including e-commerce and smartphone app payments.

Seeking an individual with a balance of technology and change management experience that will perform a range of business analysis activities within the Technology Division. The ideal candidate will be principle oriented, customer focused and highly analytical in order to effectively gather information, analyze requirements and report recommendations.

Responsibilities:
*Hold Process Analysis Workshops and collect information from stakeholders
*Define process models based on workshop outcomes
*Analyze and identify process improvement opportunities
*Validate process models with stakeholders
*Hold Requirements Workshops and collect information from stakeholders
*Analyze the requirements in order to maximize clarity and completeness
*Work with subject matter experts & stakeholders to identify and mitigate any risks
*Prepare a business case to document the requirements and propose a solution
*Collect information from multiple sources and consolidate into a single report
*Create proposals and present opportunities to stakeholders to get buy-in
*Interact with members from a diverse range of cultures

[Required Skills]
Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of consulting, business or technical work experience
At least mid-level English
At least mid-level Japanese
