New Product Planning Manager

As a commercial representative for Japan Project Team, contribute to maximize the value of pipeline assets by,
- Assessment of pipeline disease area and pipeline asset marketability
- Assessment of market and medical needs, and opportunities to identify optimal labeling
- Leading competitive intelligence for specialty market
- Providing appropriate input to early phase of Brand planning process (Touch Point process)
• As an affiliate expert on pipeline therapeutic areas and assets, work closely with Global Commerical Development team and Area Commercial team to reach alignment on asset strategy
• Sharing up-to date pipeline asset and target disease information with SPBU team
• Accountable to lead improvements on,
- New Product Planning infrastructure (assessment tools, database, information, etc.) that is shared across BUs
- Commercial assessment/forecast process on pipeline assets and on-marketed products

Essentials
• Industry experience: Significant (5 years) and meaningful experience in a pharma industry
• Analytical skills, including sales forecasting
• Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends and opportunities
• Ability to use judgement and logic to identify insights from a large amount of information and data sets
• Ability to communicate efficiently and persuasively across the organization
• Ability to conduct primary market researches to identify issues and needs
• Language skills: TOEIC Score 800. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking); Confidence to present in English
• PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
Desirable
• Experience in specialty care therapeutic areas
• Experience in new product planning, business intelligence or another relevant function in pharma industry
• BSc and a higher degree in science field or MBA
