PROFILE

After graduating from Waseda University, I joined a major Japanese consulting firm, where I
worked as business consultant and IT consultant for the manufacturing and logistics
industries.
I then joined a recruitment company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock
Exchange in order to form a consulting team. While managing subordinates, I cultivated
existing clients and developed new clients, and built relationships with dozens of companies,
mainly in the fields of strategic and comprehensive consulting firms.
From 2020, I was also engaged in the post-consultancy area and won several internal
awards as a principal consultant.
