At Randstad, working with the same unit of two consultants guarantees continuity in contact and the quality of service you’ll experience. From the registration interview through to the follow up at the end of a contract and introduction to your next job, the same unit of two consultants works with you.

1) Appointment for registration

Please call to book an appointment to register with us. It is also possible to make an appointment on-line (we will confirm the appointment after we receive your mail).

2) Registration

You'll meet your personal unit of two consultants who will interview and register you.

3) Job introductions

Your consultants introduce and advise on jobs that match your requests. They also work with the company that hires you, so they have detailed knowledge of the company and your position. Please ask them if anything is unclear or you have any questions.

4) Starting work

Your consultants will go with you to introduce you on the first day at work. At the end of the day please call them with your feedback. If you need, they will provide follow-up.

5) Follow-up during contract

Feel free to call your consultants any time you need. They will respond promptly. They will be in touch with you at least once a fortnight.

6) Renewal/termination of contract, and introduction to new jobs

Your consultants follow up services not only include contract renewal, but also, as your career adviser, an introduction to new job when you've completed a contract.
